Don’t ya love small towns? I met Brittany and Joel recently and found that they live in my hometown, and I will be lucky to shoot their wedding in October. Sometimes you just know people are good people and Brittany and Joel are just that. We strolled all over and they were willing to shoot everywhere even when the mosquitos started buzzing. I had the pleasure of meeting up with Johanna and Justin for an engagement session in an Atlanta park recently and they were such a great couple. It was an overcast morning and they braved it and we had a great time. Hope you enjoy and Congrats to Johanna and Justin!

When I photograph, I am always looking for a different angle. I am archiving a few weddings at the moment and I came across a few that I failed to blog at the time due to busy season. I do not blog every wedding nor do I blog every client due to confidentiality. This wedding was in Marietta Georgia at a bed and breakfast. The guys happened to get ready early and decided to go down at the hotel for a few beers and calm the nerves before the big event. I wanted to catch these friends and family in a natural state as they shot pool and drank a few beers. These photos reminded me to capture the moment, not the idea.
